Seattle Diplomacy's 5th Year was filled with the Canterbury.
2009 was a great in in Seattle Diplomacy, we continued monthly games at the Canterbury, had some laughs and met some folks. WAC 2009 brought first time players and some travelers who had never been.

WACcon 2009 was easily our best event ever! We had 20 boards over the course of the weekend, and had a slew of new players come out and support the event. The results are all here. Looking forward to next year for WAC 2010 in Paris, France.

Two boards showed up to play at the Canterbury this month. Mark Zoffel managed to make an appearance and fill out a board, along with many of the usual suspects.

This month we were one short of a full board. Italy was made Chaotic and the game progressed with a sideshow quality as Italian forces were moved spastically around the board. Hoping to get back to two boards in May, be sure to sign up!

Two boards showed up to place some great games at the Canterbury. Things got started a bit lake, which translated into games ending before they were fully developed.

This month we were one short of a full board. Alex Collins, Alex Broner and Craig Bierle got together at the Canterbury and played out a game of Diplomacy-winks.

July found us with a few too many folks at the Canterbury, so we assigned the extra players each to a center in Italy. Nathan Barnes, Mark Zoffel and Jake Mannix each briefly held sway over small parts of the Boot before being vanquished by an AEF alliance.
