What's it all about?
This was the inaugural year for the West Coast Swaggle. This is an award given to the individual accumulating the highest combined tournament standing from the West Coast Diplomacy Tournament Events for that year. In 2004 there are three qualifying tournaments, Piggyback in Portland, Dip 'n the Ocean in Vancouver, and Dragonflight in Seattle.
JT Fest was awarded the Swaggle after winning the DragonFlight Tournament.
Rules
Eligible players must participate in 2 of the 3 West Coast Diplomacy Events for the calendar year 2004. Ties are broken by most Solos, followed by most Best Country Awards, and finally by top 10 finishes. West Coasters (BC, WA, OR, CA) playing in all 3 events gets a bonus of 30 pts. Anyone from outside the West Coast competes in 2 of 3 receive a bonus of 30 pts.

5th 50pts
6th 40pts
7th 30pts
8th 20pts
9th 10pts
10th 10pts
Best Country 30pts
Solo 50pts
