The Piggyback Society for Pacific Northwest Diplomacy (PSPND)

The PSPND grew out of the realization that the same players were attending tournaments in the Northwest. Our goal is to facilitate play across the region, and coordinate events to maximize our recruitment efforts. The PSPND is a loose confederation of the major Northwest clubs, who work to share information and pitch in to help organize and plug tournaments from Portland to Seattle.

The PSPND does most of it's work through a mailing list and most of the direction and organization is done by and through the Board of Directors.

Goals

The PSPND is currectly working on a bid to host the 2007 World Diplomacy Championships. We are currently working on securing a suitable venue and laying the groundwork for an excellent event. Stay tuned for more information.

Keep an eye on the Calendar for upcoming events, as there will be at least two more tournaments in the Northwest in 2005.
