USAK was down for a couple days because I am no longer able to 
afford the kind of Internet connection that I was running in 
order to be able to provide that level of service. I have set
the judge up on a new connection, but service will be slower 
and vulnerable to a specific social engineering attack until 
I can secure additional funding for the hobby.
