A novice white/grey press game formed from the DipPouch Queue

I'm naming a series of press games after United States Senators from Arizona. This is a standard white/grey press game of Diplomacy formed from the Diplomatic Pouch Game Queue System's novice queue.

Dennis Webster DeConcini (born May 8, 1937, Tucson, Arizona) is a former Democratic U.S. Senator from Arizona. Son of former Arizona Supreme Court Judge Evo Anton DeConcini, he represented the Grand Canyon State in the United States Senate from 1977 until 1995.
