This is a 48hour standard gunboat game for new players

This is a game designed for brand new players looking to get a game in.
 Five of the players will be from a Diplomacy class in Oberlin, but we
need another two to round it out.  It is a gunboat game so that no
player will be treated unfairly.  It has 48 hour moves, so please be
sure that you are willing to commit to that time frame.  I am glad to
help new players and i will probably be relatively involved in the game.
